Terms of Use
WeeTok is published by DeltaDot AI. Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. About these terms
WeeTok is a short video app operated by Deltadots AI Tech Private Limited ("DeltaDot AI", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nepal. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and DeltaDot AI. They apply to the WeeTok app, the WeeTok website and every service we offer under the WeeTok name (together, "WeeTok").
By creating an account or using WeeTok, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. If you do not agree, do not use WeeTok.
2. Who can use WeeTok
You must be at least 13 years old to use WeeTok. If you are under 18, you may use WeeTok only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You may not use WeeTok if we have previously removed your account for breaking these terms, or if the law forbids you from using it.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Do not sell, transfer or share your account, and do not use someone else's account.
- Your username must not impersonate another person or brand, or mislead people about who you are.
Tell us straight away at the contact address below if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Your content
You own the videos, comments, captions, sounds and other material you post on WeeTok ("your content"). You are responsible for it.
By posting your content, you give DeltaDot AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display, distribute and promote it on WeeTok and in material that promotes WeeTok. This includes making the technical changes needed to show it, such as converting formats, creating thumbnails and previews, and adapting it for different screens and connection speeds. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for the reasons set out in our Privacy Policy and on our account deletion page.
When you post content, you confirm that you have every right needed to post it, including rights to any music, images or other people's work in it, and the consent of the people who appear in it.
5. Community rules
Do not post, share or do anything on WeeTok that:
- breaks the law of Nepal or of the country you are in;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way;
- contains nudity or sexual activity;
- shows or encourages violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or cruelty to people or animals;
- attacks, threatens, harasses, bullies or shames others, or reveals someone's private information without their consent;
- promotes hatred against people because of who they are, including their caste, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
- spreads false information that could cause real harm;
- scams, defrauds or misleads people, or promotes illegal goods or services;
- uses someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights without permission;
- is spam, or artificially inflates views, likes, follows, votes, shares or referrals, including by using bots or multiple accounts;
- impersonates any person, brand or organisation;
- contains viruses or harmful code, or tries to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to WeeTok.
6. How we enforce these rules
We review content using people and automated tools. We may hide or remove content, limit who sees it, restrict features, or suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe put other people or WeeTok at risk. Where the law requires it, or where someone is in danger, we may report content and accounts to the authorities.
You can report content or accounts from inside the app. If you think we made a mistake about your content or account, write to us at the contact address below.
7. Payments
Some features may involve payment, for example voting in campaigns and challenges. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Khalti, under their own terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once the feature you paid for has been delivered.
8. Creator earnings
Creators who join the WeeTok creator programme must also accept the Creator Agreement shown in the app. That agreement decides who can earn, how earnings are calculated and when they are paid. We do not pay earnings for views, engagement or activity that we find to be fake, bought or fraudulent.
9. Shopping and tagged products
Videos on WeeTok may show products you can buy. Those products are sold by independent sellers through a separate marketplace, under that marketplace's own terms. The seller, not DeltaDot AI, is responsible for the product, its description, delivery and after-sales service.
10. Advertising
WeeTok shows advertisements and promoted content. Ads may appear next to or between your content, and we do not pay you for that unless a separate agreement, such as the Creator Agreement, says so.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on WeeTok infringes your copyright or other rights, write to us at the contact address below with: your name and contact details, a description of your work, the link to the content you are complaining about, and a statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for them. We may remove content that infringes and suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.
12. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Settings or on our account deletion page. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. The deletion page lists what we keep after that, and for how long.
13. Our service
We are always changing and improving WeeTok. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering WeeTok altogether. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.
WeeTok is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that content posted by others is accurate, safe or lawful. Content on WeeTok reflects the views of the people who posted it, not DeltaDot AI.
14. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, DeltaDot AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or for content or conduct of other users or third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to WeeTok is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using WeeTok after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute relating to WeeTok that we cannot settle informally will be decided by the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
