In the app
Open WeeTok, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@saransa.net from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. Include your username if you know it. Once we have confirmed the request, your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, username, email, phone number, bio, profile picture), your videos and their media files, your comments, likes, saved videos, follows and followers, your notifications, your device push tokens, and your sign-in record.
What is kept, and for how long
- A record of the deleted account (username, email, phone, sign-up date, IP addresses) for 1 year, for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- Payment and payout records for 1 year, as required for accounting.
- Reports and moderation decisions about the account for 1 year.
- Your username stays reserved and cannot be registered by anyone else.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Deletion may be paused while a report, dispute or legal request about the account is open.
Deleting part of your data
You can delete individual videos and comments in the app without deleting your account.
